We are looking for a full-time Communications Director. This person will lead all facets of communications including but not limited to social media, website, photography, story-telling, and video. He/she will manage teams, recruit for teams, train teams, and cast vision. This role will be responsible for ensuring that we are telling the story of what God is doing in our community and church family. This person will ensure that Hoboken Grace is maximizing and utilizing proper communication channels for each demographic we are reaching.

Qualifications include excellent team management skills, very high attention to detail, creative background, and experience with managing social media platforms. Must be able to communicate vision and communicate professionally in fast-paced environments.

We are looking for a full-time entry level administrative assistant to work Sunday – Thursday. Ideal candidate will be looking to gain professional experience in an office environment. This role will support Director level personnel. Person must be professional, detail oriented, organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to calendar management, delivering weekly reports, ordering supplies, assisting with the planning of events, printing marketing materials, tracking metrics and other admin duties as assigned.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite a plus

We are looking for a full-time Operations Director to oversee the IT, HR, Finance, and Communications departments here at Hoboken Grace. The ideal candidate has at least two years experience in two of the above fields and has experience leading a staff team. Person must be able to lead leaders, learn quickly, recruit effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
