Rip Them Out
Teach those who are rich in this world not to be proud and not to trust in their money, which is so unreliable. Their trust should be in God, who richly gives us all we need for our enjoyment. Tell them to use their money to do good. They should be rich in good works and generous to those in need, always being ready to share with others. By doing this they will be storing up their treasure as a good foundation for the future so that they may experience true life.
1 Timothy 6:17–19 NLT-SE
I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little. For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength. Philippians 4:12–13 NLT-SE
For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1 John 2:16 KJV
Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you. For the world offers only a craving for physical pleasure, a craving for everything we see, and pride in our achievements and possessions. These are not from the Father, but are from this world. And this world is fading away, along with everything that people crave.
1 John 2:15–17 NLT-SE
“You won’t die!” the serpent replied to the woman. “God knows that your eyes will be opened as soon as you eat it, and you will be like God, knowing both good and evil.”
The woman was convinced. She saw that the tree was beautiful and its fruit looked delicious, and she wanted the wisdom it would give her. So she took some of the fruit and ate it. Then she gave some to her husband, who was with her, and he ate it, too.
Genesis 3:4–6 NLT-SE
By doing this they will be storing up their treasure as a good foundation for the future so that they may experience true life.
1 Timothy 6:19 NLT-SE
“What sorrow awaits you teachers of religious law and you Pharisees. Hypocrites! For you are careful to tithe even the tiniest income from your herb gardens, but you ignore the more important aspects of the law—justice, mercy, and faith. You should tithe, yes, but do not neglect the more important things.
Matthew 23:23 NLT-SE
Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you.
1 John 2:15
Wherever your treasure is, there the desires of your heart will also be.
Matthew 6:21 NLT-SE

Every week we take a moment to ensure that we don’t miss out on what is most valuable today. We want to make sure we engage our God as we walk through today’s service together. During Silence the band will play quietly and you will simply have a few moments to engage God in a personal conversation about where you are today.
One of the powerful ways we honor God and display our appreciation for Him is through music. Feel free to listen if you’re just getting started, but we invite you to join us in celebrating Him through today’s music.
Today, we invite you to join us in celebrating the Lord’s Supper, as Jesus and His disciples did during His last night before giving His life for them. The bread and wine symbolize Jesus’ body and blood, calling us to remember the sacrifice He made for us so that we could be made right with God. You do not need to be a member of this church to take communion.
Available during our 9:30 am & 11 am service, our Grace Kids area is an unbelievable experience for kids ages 6 wks to 5th grade.
