Building healthy relationships to help guide middle schoolers

Middle school is complicated! Students are growing up fast and need a place where they can learn how God loves them.

Our goal is to create a community where every student knows they matter and belong. The experience may be bumpy, but it doesn’t have to be lonely.

VIBE meets every Thursday night at 301 Garden Street in Hoboken, and every meeting is spent having fun, participating in enriching activities and games, and building healthy relationships.

These foundational connections with peers, small group leaders, and God will be invaluable as they navigate an often difficult and confusing time in life; the middle school experience!

VIBE is a weekly Thursday night meetup for Middle School Students (6th – 8th grade). We want this to be a time for our students to connect and deepen relationships with each other, their leaders, and most importantly, with God.

VIBE meets every Thursday from 7:00-8:30 at 301 Garden Street in Hoboken, NJ.

We start every Thursday by eating dinner, playing games, and hanging out so we can spend time together and connect relationally.

Next, we engage with a short, exciting, (and often hilarious) video inspired by God’s word that will focus on our three core principles:

  • A love for God that will inspire a deeper faith.
  • A love for themselves that will lead to wiser choices.
  • A love for others that will grow stronger relationships with their peers, adults, and the world around them.

Finally, we break out into assigned small groups to dive deeper into the principles we learned in that week’s lesson and how we can apply them to our everyday lives.

You don’t have to sign up, you can just show up! If you have any questions you can email students@hobokengrace.com.

We can’t wait to see you there!
