• Personal Growth Nights

Providing opportunties to encourage individual spiritual growth.

Personal Growth Nights are nights where our dinner groups share their goals and next steps for spiritual growth. Group members to support each other and hold each other accountable to reach these goals.

While you are not responsible for your group members’ spiritual growth, you are expected to encourage and provide growth opportunities.

These resources can help to do that by providing individual growth opportunities as well as ways for the group to encourage each other on those journeys.

Experience Plan

In our pursuit of Christ there are certain habits that are crucial to our consistent experience of His love and power. The Experience Plan is a tool that allows group members to set quarterly goals in how they will build these habits into their lives. The habits themselves are not magic, but are simply tools to pursue and experience God. The plan is our way of intentionally pursuing God as opposed to simply hoping that it happens.

Your Circles

The journey of faith is not a journey to be lived alone. It’s a journey to be lived in community. Within community there are three crucial relationships that we all need to pursue and maintain. We see this demonstrated in the life of
Paul. We see that Paul was an advisor to Timothy. Paul had companions like Barnabus, and Paul invested in Timothy. Healthy community requires all three relationships to be present in our lives. We need advisors, companions, and those we are investing in. As you engage commmunity, who are those people in your life?

Rythms

Rather than simply speaking to him once a day or once a week, we intentionally schedule times throughout our day to reignite our conversation with Him if by chance it has ceased. We seek to live our lives listening. We seek to live our lives attune to the voice that awakens us to the truth of God. We seek to pray without ceasing as we engage Him throughout our day rather than wasting our conversation by talking to ourselves.
