When we walk into church on Sunday morning, we’re greeted with smiling faces, delicious coffee and donuts, a beautiful space, a great sound system and a very talented band; all of which is put together by people who have hearts for serving. Hoboken Grace’s mission is to help people find their way back to God. Our mission wouldn’t be possible without the amazing community we have who work hard every week to make that happen. This past Sunday at Team Link we gave people the opportunity to find out how they can jump in!
We were so thrilled to see so many excited faces come through the door ready to find their place … It was almost like “speed dating” where each person had the opportunity to speak to our different teams and ask all the questions they want! Did you know there are ten different impact areas that help make up this mission? 1st Impressions, Communications, Community, Equip, Financial Health, Grace Kids, IT & Analytics, Neighborhood, Partnerships, and Service Programming, all set up to learn about in a quick thirty-minute round.
Our goal with Team Link is to give others the opportunity to get out of the stands and onto the field and serve this community together. Whether you want to greet new faces, set up the space Sunday morning, impact our kids program or be a part of a larger community, Team Link allows you to find out where God may be nudging you, and the place where your skills and interests can best be utilized for the mission. We want you to not only be able to learn about what others are doing in our church family, but also get plugged into impacting the larger community!
