Welcome to the Hoboken Grace Counseling Center (HGCC). It is never easy to ask for help. Sometimes, at the blink of an eye life has a way of catching us off guard and suddenly we are face to face with a life crisis, challenge or transition. Choosing a counselor to come along side you during this time is a major step forward in receiving the healing or change you need in your life.
To provide quality, Christ-centered, licensed counseling to individuals and couples who are hurting. Hoboken Grace Counseling Center offers compassionate care by providing professional counseling services to teens and adults through individual, marital and family therapy.
Complete the Initial Intake Application below. This form is designed to: 1) Help us get to know you in a comprehensive, holistic, and efficient manner. 2) Help you organize your thoughts about your counseling objectives. If you are requesting marriage counseling, then you and your spouse will both need to complete a form. After we receive your completed form, it will be reviewed and we will reach out to you within 1 week about the possibility to schedule. You will also be asked to sign the Counseling Agreement before scheduling your first appointment. Counseling is currently offered through online video chat.
*Please Note: Hoboken Grace Counseling Center does not accept insurance at this time. However, a receipt of payment will be provided that you can submit to your insurance company for possible request reimbursement. Also, we do offer a sliding scale option.
