Refreshed. Renewed. Rested. Just a few words that sum up the Axiom Homecoming Retreat from this past weekend. Twenty-three of us headed out to Schooleys Mountain, NJ for a weekend focused on experiencing time with God in a new way.

Through movies, literature, art and solitude we practiced pausing the insignificant and temporary to be more aware of His dreams and purposes for our lives.

Coming out of the weekend each person went home with new ideas, next steps and rhythms to incorporate what they learned and discovered into the day-to-day. It is not about arriving, but becoming. Becoming more aware of God in us, around us and how he uses us to love the world.
